Prices
At MAYAS ApS, all prices are in Danish kroner and are stated incl. VAT and taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.
Payment
MAYAS ApS accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Reservations are made for pricing errors and sold out/discontinued items.
Pre-order
MAYAS ApS will periodically allow pre-orders of goods that are not yet in stock. This involves a reservation of the amount on the customer's account. The money will only be withdrawn when the goods are shipped. The customer has the option to cancel their order without charge by contacting MAYAS ApS via info@maya-s.dk until the customer is notified that the goods have been shipped. After the goods have been shipped, the return policy stated below will apply.
MAYAS Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Issuance of MAYAS gift card
MAYAS gift cards are issued by MAYAS. MAYAS gift cards are not e-money. MAYAS gift cards represent an unregulated stored value and are therefore not subject to regulatory or statutory protections for e-money.
Redemption of MAYAS gift cards
MAYAS gift cards can be redeemed at www.mayas.dk when purchasing qualifying products offered by MAYAS . Qualified products are products marketed on Maya-s.dk. A MAYAS gift card cannot be used to purchase another MAYAS gift card.
Validity period
MAYAS gift cards are valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. They cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded if lost or damaged.
Activation
MAYAS gift cards are usually activated within 24 hours of purchase.
Using gift cards
MAYAS gift cards can only be used before you place an order. Once the order has been placed, you will not be able to change the payment method to be MAYAS gift card (in whole or in part).
Cancellation and return
If you cancel your order or return items that you have paid for in full with a MAYAS gift card, the amount paid will be refunded to your MAYAS gift card, where it will be available for future purchases. If you return items that were partially paid for with a MAYAS gift card, the purchase price of the non-returned goods determines whether the amount paid is refunded to your MAYAS gift card. If the purchase price of any items you retain that are eligible for purchase with a MAYAS gift card is larger than the payment via your MAYAS gift cards, the amount of the returned items will be refunded to the other payment method used. If the purchase price of any items you retain that are eligible for purchase with a MAYAS gift card is less than the payment via your MAYAS gift cards, the amount for the returned goods will be refunded first to the MAYAS gift card until the purchase price of the goods and the refunded amount match the payment via your MAYAS gift card. Any excess amount to be refunded will be refunded to the other payment method used.
Discount codes and redemption of discount codes
Discount codes are discounts that are given out in connection with advertising campaigns and are valid for a limited period of time. Discount codes cannot be purchased.
Discount codes can only be redeemed in conjunction with a purchase and only within the specified time period. Certain brands may be excluded from discount programs. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Please note that a minimum purchase amount may be required for discount codes to be redeemed.
The value of the order must exceed the value of the minimum amount stated on the discount code. The value of the discount code cannot be paid out in cash, nor will its value bear interest. Discount codes cannot be refunded if some or all of the ordered items are returned.
Discount codes can only be redeemed prior to the order process being completed. Discount codes cannot be used retrospectively. Discount codes may not be transferred to third parties. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, it is not possible to combine multiple discount codes.
If you have used a discount code in connection with your purchase and the total value of the order is less than or equal to the value of the discount code, as a result of you subsequently cancelling part of your order, we reserve the right to charge you the original price for the items you keep.
Delivery
MAYAS ApS strives to ship orders placed before 12 noon on the same business day, orders thereafter will be shipped the following business day. *For 1-3 day delivery times, reference is made to business days after shipment, which is why weekends will not be included in the number of days, and is only applicable for danish deliveries.
We ship to all of Denmark and the United Kingdom. Shipping prices will vary depending on shipping method and will be displayed when placing an order. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
For deliveries otuside of the stated areas, the Faroe Islands and Greenland, please contact us .
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering, except for deliveries to the United Kingdom.
Special delivery terms apply to certain items. The terms will be stated specifically prior to purchase of these items.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. MAYAS ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund
If it is a refund, please submit a request through our returns portal at the following link: Returns and exchanges.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from that day;
- Where you receive the order.
- Receives physical possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.
- Receives the last batch or last part in physical possession when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
- The first item in physical possession when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a specific period.
- If the item is ordered with delivery to a parcel shop, the delivery date is considered the date on which it is delivered to the parcel shop.
You must bear the return costs yourself. Return costs associated with exchanging a model, color or size will be borne by MAYAS Aps - however, this is only limited to the first return per original order number. This will be stated in the statement in our return portal.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. This notification must be made by submitting a return request via our return portal, which can be found here: Returns and exchanges
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.
If delivery is refused or not collected from the agreed delivery location, we will attempt to resend the package. If delivery is subsequently refused and a refund is requested, the fee associated with attempting delivery again will be deducted from your refund.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Goods that are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
- Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods that, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Non-financial services provided, if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that he/she thereby loses his/her right of withdrawal.
- Agreements concluded at public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
Return
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The process will be faster if you also complete and enclose our Withdrawal Form.
You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.
We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
If you wish to return an item, you must use our return solution, which can be found via the following link: Returns and exchanges . The customer may not arrange transport themselves, as this involves a significant risk of errors and incorrect delivery. If a shipment is returned to a parcel shop, it is not considered delivered unless an explicit prior agreement has been made to this effect. If you nevertheless choose to arrange transport yourself, we assume no liability for lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods. We cannot be held liable even if the selected carrier declares the shipment as correctly delivered, as we do not have access to the shipment details. Furthermore, we cannot validate whether the shipment has arrived at the correct address.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item on as if you were trying it on in a physical store. Unique to swimsuits is the built-in sanitary napkin, which must not be removed when returning.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the full purchase price back, you must therefore test the item without actually using it.
Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you and to process inquiries regarding your purchase.
